So, yes—I’m on a baking roll today because I also made a sugar-free nutella(sugar-free as well) cake/loaf. I sweetened it with Equal instead. It started out as a cupcake recipe but I got bored halfway and poured the entire mixture into a baking tin.
It tastes somewhat akin to Sara Lee’s but less sweet. I happen to like the gooey nutella clumps throughout the cake.^^ My family sing praises of this one so I’m glad. (:
